What you'll do

• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, reconciliation and closing activities
• Build and maintain financial models, budgets and variance analyses
• Analyse unit economics, cost drivers and revenue trends
• Assist with audit preparation, documentation and compliance checks
• Maintain clean records and support accounts payable/receivable processes
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review
• Research regulatory, tax or market developments relevant to the business
• Automate recurring finance reports in Excel or the BI tool

Who can apply

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA (Finance), CA/CFA/CMA or a related qualification
• 0–2 years of professional experience — 2023–2026 graduates and freshers with strong project work are encouraged to apply
• Strong Excel — lookups, pivots, conditional logic and clean model structure
• Understanding of accounting fundamentals, financial statements and basic ratios
• Familiarity with financial modelling and budgeting concepts
• Exposure to Tally, SAP, Zoho Books or a similar ERP/accounting system is a plus
• Basic SQL or BI-tool familiarity for pulling numbers independently is a plus
• High accuracy, attention to detail and comfort with deadlines
• Integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial data
• Clear communication — you can explain a variance to a non-finance stakeholder
