What you'll do

  • Run in-process and final inspection to the control plan
  • Contain, analyse and close non-conformances with 8D
  • Maintain control charts, capability studies and quality records
  • Support customer and internal audits
  • Drive corrective actions to verified closure
  • Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
  • Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
  • Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of Quality Control, In-process Inspection, Statistical Process Control
  • Comfort with gauges, CMM and quality management systems, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
  • Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Aurangabad, Maharashtra or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
