What you'll do

Run in-process and final inspection to the control plan
Contain, analyse and close non-conformances with 8D
Maintain control charts, capability studies and quality records
Support customer and internal audits
Drive corrective actions to verified closure
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Quality Control, In-process Inspection, Statistical Process Control
Comfort with gauges, CMM and quality management systems, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Nashik, Maharashtra or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
