Source and screen candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Maintain candidate trackers
Follow up with candidates and teams
Support onboarding formalities
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

A relevant degree/diploma (freshers / 0–2 years welcome)
Foundational knowledge of Recruitment, Sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Delhi / New Delhi
