What you'll do

• We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to support the accurate and timely delivery of payroll across the APAC region, including but not limited to Australia, New Zealand, India and South Korea.
• This is a hands-on role responsible for supporting the end-to-end payroll process, from collating and validating payroll inputs through to payroll processing, payments and reconciliations. The role will support payrolls operating across weekly, biweekly and monthly pay frequencies and will act as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries.
• The successful candidate will have previous payroll experience, strong attention to detail and be comfortable working with data, systems and multiple stakeholders. International payroll experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

Who can apply

• Previous payroll experience; international or multi-country payroll experience is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with payroll data.
• Basic understanding of accounting and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work to multiple payroll deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Good communication skills and confidence dealing with employees, managers, HR, Finance and payroll providers.
• Experience with ADP Lyric, UKG WFM and/or Workday would be advantageous.
• Experience with APAC payrolls or outsourced payroll providers would be beneficial but is not essential.
