What you'll do

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation, including maintaining employee records and files.
• Help in preparing HR letters and documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for joining formalities and employee communication.
• Assist in attendance tracking, leave records, and HR MIS reports.
• Provide support in HR compliance and administrative activities.
• Handle basic employee queries and assist in maintaining a positive workplace environment.
