What you'll do

In-depth Knowledge of Airside Market: Extensive understanding of the airside market and equipment specifications.
Customer Segmentation Skills: Ability to segment customers effectively to create value offerings that drive strategic goals.
Profitability Focus: Strong focus on driving margin expansion and profitability.
Action Plan Development: Experience in developing and working with evolving action plans to meet customer needs and organizational goals.
Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work with different teams to create and execute Annual Operating Plans (AOP).
Relationship Building: Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with customers to drive product specifications and value.
Relevant Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the AHU (Air Handling Unit) market.
Customer Connections: Good connections with direct and industrial customers.
