What you'll do

• Conduct internal compliance audits using the organization’s compliance framework to assess adherence to policies, processes, and controls.
• Perform Design Gap Assessments (DGA) to evaluate control design and identify process and compliance gaps.
• Support targeted finance and expense audits , focusing on process and control compliance rather than statutory/financial reporting requirements.
• Assist with investigations and reviews of red flags, suspected non-compliance, and control breaches , including root-cause analysis and documentation of findings.
• Prepare audit workpapers, summarize observations, and support management in developing practical remediation actions.
• A "detail-oriented" mindset with the ability to identify red flags and inconsistencies within a complex environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to confidently communicate compliance requirements to diverse internal stakeholders and global team
• Thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment; able to manage multiple audit queues simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
