Advise customers and design travel itineraries
Book flights, hotels and packages
Handle queries, changes and support
Upsell experiences and travel add-ons
Build long-term customer relationships
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

Relevant experience or strong fundamentals in Travel & Tourism
Working knowledge of Travel Planning, Itinerary Design, GDS (Amadeus/Galileo), Customer Service
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Canacona, Goa
