What you'll do

Analyse customer, CRM and lifecycle data
Build segments and cohorts for targeting
Track retention, churn and engagement metrics
Build customer dashboards and reports
Turn customer data into actionable insight
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

A relevant degree (B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/MBA/M.Sc or similar)
Foundational knowledge of SQL, Excel, CRM Analytics, Segmentation
0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong fundamentals welcome
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Based in or open to working from Pune
