Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Develop innovative and technically sound design solutions within program schedule milestones.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• Understand design requirements, processes and drive tasks to closure independently.
• Learn and apply sophisticated solid modeling and analysis tools in a highly proficient manner.
• Utilize standard work, DFMEA/FMECA, Tolerance stack-up, Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and other design tools to design and continuously improve hardware.
• Embrace a continuous improvement philosophy. Coach/help young engineers by proving technical guidance and/or reviewing their work.
• Communicate with team leadership and management on status and risks to program schedule and metrics.

Who can apply

• Master’s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and 6+ years of relevant experience Or Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience.
