What you'll do

  • Build and mesh FE models from released CAD
  • Run structural, thermal and fatigue load cases against targets
  • Correlate simulation results against physical test data
  • Recommend design changes backed by analysis
  • Document methodology so results are reproducible
  • Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
  • Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
  • Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of ANSYS Workbench, HyperMesh, Finite Element Analysis
  • Comfort with ANSYS, HyperMesh and MATLAB, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
  • Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Pune, Maharashtra or willing to relocate
