• Channel Strategy & Market Development
• Own and drive regional channel marketing strategy aligned with global solution marketing and product group priorities.
• Develop channel-specific growth programs for Power, Analog, and mixed-signal solutions across distributors, mass-market customers, and strategic partners.
• Identify high-growth application segments through TAM / SAM / SOM analysis, funnel insights, distributor feedback, and competitive intelligence.
• Partner Enablement & Demand Generation
• Build and execute partner enablement programs that equip distributors and channel partners to position Renesas solutions effectively. • Product and solution training for Power, Analog, and mixed-signal portfolios
• Partner-ready pitch decks, battle cards, application notes, and sales playbooks
• Campaign kits, webinar content, roadshow material, and lead-generation assets
• Drive joint campaigns with distributors and channel partners to generate qualified opportunities and accelerate funnel conversion.
• Track campaign performance, partner adoption, lead quality, and revenue contribution to continuously improve channel marketing ROI.

Who can apply

• Translate complex Power, Analog, and mixed-signal product capabilities into clear customer value propositions for channel partners and end customers.
• Collaborate with product groups, sales, FAEs, and solution teams to define application-focused messaging, reference solutions, and differentiated use cases.
• Support solution proposals with technical positioning, application block diagrams, BOM-level value analysis, and competitive differentiation.
• Lead regional GTM execution for channel-led growth programs in alignment with global solution marketing priorities.
• Develop compelling campaign themes, solution messaging, value propositions, application examples, and partner-facing launch packages.
• Partner closely with sales and channel teams to support mass-market initiatives, distributor readiness, webinars, trainings, MARCOM campaigns, roadshows, caravans, and incentive programs.
• Define measurable campaign targets, including partner engagement, leads generated, opportunity conversion, revenue influence, and design-win contribution.
• Analyze distributor performance, channel coverage, customer segments, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
