What you'll do

Oversee restaurant, bar and banquet operations
Plan menus, pricing and promotions
Control food cost, inventory and wastage
Lead and train F&B service teams
Ensure hygiene, safety and quality standards
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

Relevant experience or strong fundamentals in Hospitality
Working knowledge of F&B Operations, Menu Planning, Team Management, Cost Control
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Candolim, Goa
