• As an Integrated CX Strategy - Experienced Associate, you will engage in providing consulting services focused on customer-related strategies and initiatives. You will analyze client needs, develop customer-centric solutions, and offer guidance to help clients enhance their customer experience and drive business growth. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
• In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in enhancing the overall customer experience within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice. You will analyze customer touchpoints, design customer journey maps, and offer guidance to help clients create seamless and personalized experiences that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy. Who can apply

• - Bachelor's and/or MBA in Sales / Marketing / Strategy/ Analytics from a premier B-School
• - At least 2 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Lead CX strategy and/or business analysis workstreams, from discovery and experience definition through requirements, prioritization, implementation support, and business readiness.
• Structure complex customer and business problems into clear insights, strategic recommendations, experience concepts, requirements, process models, and implementation priorities.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder discussions, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
• Own the quality, completeness, and consistency of key client deliverables.
• Drive requirements clarification, prioritization, scope, and MVP decisions.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, assumptions, and cross-functional issues.
• Coordinate effectively across business, product, design, architecture, data, technology, and delivery teams.
