What you'll do

3-Month Unpaid Internship → 1-Year Full-Time Trainee Program → Software Engineer / Product Role
Product discovery: research customer problems, personas, workflows and pain points; identify opportunities for intelligence, recommendations and automation; conduct competitive and market research.
Six Intelligence Model: map use cases to Reactive, Proactive, Predictive, Prescriptive, Reflective and Adaptive modes; help define how intelligence should be presented to users.
Product definition: create requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, journeys and workflows; work with engineering teams; maintain product documentation.
Customer experience: contribute to Microsoft Teams and web portal experiences; define insights, recommendations, visualizations, notifications and Ask Vector experiences.
Product analytics: identify meaningful metrics; analyze adoption and usage; support evaluation of recommendations and intelligence.

Who can apply

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Interest in AI, technology, and product development.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to understand technical concepts.
Curiosity and willingness to learn.
Prior product experience is not required.
