What you'll do

• We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused DGM - Total Rewards & HR Reporting & Analytics Manager to support the APAC Human Resources function. This role will be responsible for driving employment cost planning, headcount analytics, HR reporting, workforce insights, and Total Rewards initiatives across the region.
• The ideal candidate will combine strong compensation and benefits expertise with advanced HR analytics capabilities, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders to provide actionable workforce insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Who can apply

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
• Postgraduate qualification in HR, Analytics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
