What you'll do

Build and publish Power BI reports and apps
Write DAX measures and Power Query transformations
Design star-schema models that stay fast as data grows
Implement row-level security and manage workspace access
Gather reporting requirements and iterate with users
Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, B.Sc/M.Sc (Statistics / Mathematics / Data Science), B.Com, BBA or MBA from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M)
Comfort with Power BI, DAX and SQL and with cleaning messy, real-world data
Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
