What you'll do
- supporting recruitment and onboarding
- maintaining HR records in HRMS
- coordinating employee engagement activities
- assisting with policies and documentation
- handling employee queries
- Collaborate with the team and document your work
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and act on feedback
Who can apply
- Pursuing or recently completed BBA/MBA (HR) or any graduate
- Foundational knowledge of Recruitment, MS Office, HRMS, Communication
- Good communication and a genuine willingness to learn
- Based in or open to working from Pune
- A portfolio, project or coursework you can show (a plus, not mandatory)
