Design and deliver training sessions
Create training content and assessments
Coordinate schedules, logistics and LMS
Measure training effectiveness and feedback
Support onboarding and upskilling
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

Relevant experience or strong fundamentals in Human Resources
Working knowledge of Training & Development, Content Design, Facilitation, Presentation
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Vasco da Gama, Goa
