What you'll do

• Design Creation: Develop visually appealing graphics for a variety of mediums, including websites, social media, print materials, and promotional items.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.-->
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure designs are fresh and relevant.-->
• Reels & Video Editing:
• Ensure they are optimized for different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Each video should align with brand guidelines, tone, and target audience.
• Edit raw footage, add soundtracks, and employ creative transitions and effects to create engaging content.
• Graphic Design & Post Creation:

Who can apply

• Experience : 1 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma) is preferred.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
• Preferred Qualifications :
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience with web design, motion graphics, or UI/UX design is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative team player attitude
