Who can apply

• Minimum 6 years of experience in process management/transformation at a Procurement function of a large cross-functional organization.
• 1-3 years of experience as a change agent, having effectively implemented the change in a large cross-functional organization.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
• Globally recognized certifications like CPSM or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
• Proficient in O365, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, MS Project, Visio, Agile/backlog management (e.g., Azure, Jira, Confluence), or equivalent.
• SAP experience and Organizational Change Practitioner Certification (PROSCI) preferred.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proven success with working in a matrixed, global organization.
• Exposure to process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) and data analytics platforms (Power BI/Tableau) preferred
• Basic understanding or experience with AI/automation tools (e.g., GenAI, workflow automation) is a plus
