What you'll do

  • Design harness architecture, routing and protection for vehicles
  • Select connectors, terminals and wire gauges to specification
  • Release harness drawings and support supplier manufacture
  • Validate harnesses on test rigs and in vehicle
  • Resolve field and line issues traced to the harness
  • Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
  • Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
  • Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, E&TC or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of Wiring Harness Design, Electrical Schematics, Connector Selection
  • Comfort with CATIA Electrical and harness testing rigs, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
  • Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka or willing to relocate
