What you'll do

Conduct AI security reviews and assessments of tools, vendors, models, and agentic AI workflows.
Identify and clearly communicate AI-related security risks and recommended mitigations.
Define, document, and champion guardrails and secure-use patterns for AI adoption across the enterprise.
Support and help operate AI security platforms and controls that safeguard data, models, and AI usage across the enterprise.
Use AI technologies to improve cybersecurity outcomes and enable secure business innovation.
Understand and leverage emerging technologies to improve Medtronic’s cybersecurity posture.
Communicate risks and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Research industry trends, proofs of concept, and vendor capabilities in AI security.
Influence standards and policies to account for new or rapidly evolving AI technologies.
Assist in evaluating emerging AI technologies and platforms.
