What you'll do

• We are looking for a Level 2 Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Windows administration, Azure Active Directory, Intune, and Microsoft 365 support. The role will be responsible for handling operational support, troubleshooting complex incidents, managing user access and identity services, and ensuring stable and secure end-user computing services.

Who can apply

• Strong knowledge of Windows administration and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD, Intune, and hybrid identity environments
• Good experience in Microsoft 365 administration and support
• Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and authentication mechanisms
• Experience with user lifecycle management and access governance
• Familiarity with endpoint and device management concepts
• Good understanding of ITSM processes such as incident, change, and problem management
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills
