• Check outgoing product quality w.r.t. customer point of view, quality concerns and configuration.Follow organizational guidelines while conducting audits (CAPA and DCP audit). Escalate chronic concerns in management forums.Identify defect(s) and update plant quality reviews for corrective and preventive actions.Ensure compliance with quality systems.Prepare and publish Monthly/Daily MIS reports.Reduce the product and process concerns to improve on time delivery
