What you'll do

• Handle all negotiation rounds of Tender for Non-KC Customer Segmentation, ORA, Fast Quote, Seasonal Sync requests received online.
• Supporting the Dispute and IQ team on improving quality deliverables.
• Preparing, reviewing and validating customer tender templates and rate sheet using approved product rates.
• Ensure high accuracy and completeness in all tender deliverables.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tenders simultaneously to meet agreed deadlines and SLA commitments.
• Ensure adherence to tender governance standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Prepares Negotiation Package for customers.
• Supports projects and ad hoc initiatives within TCM.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and successful tender outcomes.
• Communicate tender status, risks, and requirements effectively with internal stakeholders.
