What you'll do

The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of Lead Logistics operations by monitoring and resolving operational exceptions, system-generated errors, and workflow issues across supply chain platforms. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence, improve process efficiency, maintain compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and support continuous improvement through automation and standardization initiatives.

Who can apply

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Lead Logistics, Customer Delivery, Shared Services, or Operational Error Management.
Hands-on experience working with ERP and Supply Chain platforms such as SAP, FACT, SCP, MODS, Athena, or similar enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management, Lead Logistics processes, Sales Order and Purchase Order lifecycles, workflow management, and exception handling.
Working knowledge of IDOC processing, integration error management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable business insights.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple activities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Business, Technology, Product, and Customer Experience teams.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results while meeting SLA targets, maintaining process accuracy, and driving operational excellence through automation and standardization initiatives.
