What you'll do

• 811 Banking Operations & Debit Card/Account Monitoring
•  Monitor customer accounts and verify scheme codes, account
• eligibility, and product criteria.
•  Monitor debit card issuance, including physical/virtual debit cards and
• applicable card limits.
•  Coordinate with respective business/operations teams for resolution
• of system-related issues.
•  Highlight process gaps and exceptions to the concerned teams and
• follow up until closure.
•  Support account-level corrective actions, including reversal/recovery

Who can apply

•  Monitor debit card issuance, including physical/virtual debit cards and
• applicable card limits.
•  Coordinate with respective business/operations teams for resolution
• of system-related issues.
•  Highlight process gaps and exceptions to the concerned teams and
• follow up until closure.
•  Support account-level corrective actions, including reversal/recovery
• of incorrect amounts where applicable.
•  Maintain and share account-level details/screenshots/evidence for
• issue investigation.
