What you'll do

• We are seeking a Technical Facility Executive to support our Work Dynamics function in delivering exceptional workplace experiences through proactive facility management and technical operations. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal building performance, coordinating maintenance activities, and supporting the implementation of workplace strategies that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Who can apply

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or related technical field
• 3-5 years of experience in facility management or building operations
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
• Understanding of workplace strategies and trends in hybrid work environments
• Proficiency in building management systems and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to respond effectively to technical emergencies
• Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or similar credentials
• Experience working in corporate office environments or commercial real estate
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building standards (LEED, BREEAM)
• Project management experience including space planning and workplace fit-outs
