What you'll do

• · Manage mall technical operations including utilities, machines, manpower allocation,
• and overall security monitoring
• · Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
• · Prepare and maintain manpower reports, weekly reports, and other documentation
• · Coordinate with local vendors and technical service providers
• · Monitor daily activities, manage help desk operations, and liaise with client facilitators to
• ensure high-quality facility management
• · Negotiate pricing with vendors, certify bills for contractors, and execute projects with the
• in-house engineering team
• · Implement process enhancements and quality control techniques

Who can apply

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience
• Prior experience in the facility management or mall operations industry is an added advantage
• Strong communication skills
