  • Support onboarding and HR documentation
  • Help run employee-engagement activities
  • Maintain HR records and trackers
  • Collaborate with the team, document your work and act on feedback

Who can apply

  • Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree/diploma (role-dependent, any stream where applicable)
  • Foundational knowledge of Recruitment, Communication, MS Excel, Employee Engagement
  • Good communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn
  • Based in or open to working from Vadodara, Gujarat (or remote where applicable)
  • A portfolio, project or coursework you can show (a plus, not mandatory)
