PHP Development Intern

About this internship

Intellect Logic is urgently hiring a PHP Development Intern (Pune / Remote) to maintain its existing codebase — troubleshooting bugs and adding new features — while contributing to new projects. This is a hands-on internship for developers who enjoy full-stack web work in a startup environment. You will modify existing code to correct errors, build and enhance features using PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS and Bootstrap, write and optimise SQL queries in MySQL, work with web services, and design responsive front-end pages. A solid grasp of MVC architecture, strong logical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup are key.

Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Maintain the existing codebase — troubleshoot bugs and add new features
• Build and enhance features with PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX and Bootstrap
• Write and optimise SQL queries in MySQL
• Work with web services and design responsive front-end pages
• Modify existing code to correct errors following MVC best practices

Who can apply

• Technical expertise in PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS and Bootstrap
• Sound knowledge of SQL queries in MySQL
• Understanding of MVC architecture and web services
• Knowledge of any PHP framework is a plus
• Strong logical and problem-solving skills; able to work in a startup environment
