What you'll do

Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta, Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and LinkedIn
Create detailed media plans aligned with client goals, budgets and timelines
Strategise campaign structures, targeting and ad creatives to maximise ROI
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Optimise campaigns continuously through A/B testing, audience segmentation and bid adjustments
Stay updated with the latest ad platform features, trends and best practices
Collaborate with the design and content team on ad creatives
Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure proper pacing

Who can apply

Strong analytical ability and comfort working with campaign data
Genuine interest in paid advertising and performance marketing
Familiarity with Meta, Google or LinkedIn ad platforms (advantageous)
Ability to create media plans aligned to goals, budgets and timelines
Understanding of campaign structure, targeting and creative strategy
Comfort preparing weekly and monthly performance reports
Knowledge of A/B testing and audience segmentation concepts
Ability to manage budgets and maintain proper campaign pacing
Willingness to stay current with fast-changing ad platform features
Available to work in Coimbatore, Chennai, Bangalore or Hyderabad
