Screen applications and schedule interviews across hiring panels.
Maintain the applicant tracker and candidate communication.
Support onboarding documentation and induction sessions.
Help run engagement activities and collect structured feedback.

Who can apply

Education: pursuing or completed BBA/MBA in HR, or any Bachelor’s degree with an interest in people operations
Graduation year: 2025, 2026 or 2027 batch
Minimum 60% / 6.0 CGPA (relaxable for candidates with strong practical projects)
Technical skills: working knowledge of Recruitment, Screening, MS Excel, HRMS
Soft skills: clear written communication, ownership, willingness to document work
Experience: none required — freshers welcome; prior projects or certifications are a plus
