• Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B on room and event readiness.
• Maintain booking records and daily occupancy reports.
• Log guest feedback and escalate service issues promptly.

Who can apply

• Education: pursuing or completed BHM/BHMCT/BBA in Hospitality or Tourism, or any Bachelor’s degree
• Graduation year: 2025, 2026 or 2027 batch
• Minimum 60% / 6.0 CGPA (relaxable for candidates with strong practical projects)
• Technical skills: working knowledge of Guest Relations, Front Office Operations, Communication, MS Excel
• Soft skills: clear written communication, ownership, willingness to document work
• Experience: none required — freshers welcome; prior projects or certifications are a plus
