• Ensure adherence to Quality standards & System of Traction Battery Pack Assy Process by evaluation & improvement of the Product & Process quality at Frame Assy & Final Inspection to ensure overall Customer Satisfaction.

Who can apply

• BE/B.Tech/Diploma In Electrical | Mechanical | Automobile Industry
• -Minimum 4 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality/Design in EV Traction Battery Pack Sectors
• -Targeted Companies :- TVS | Mahindra & Mahindra | TATA Motors etc..
• Technical Skills/Knowledge
• -Bitrode tester Cycling test knowledge
• -BMS Software & Hardware knowledge
• -Problem Solving 7 Steps of Kaizen Story
• -FAME/ARAI Testing knowledge
• -Excellent Software skills in Python language – Matlab Software
• -Digitalization & Traceability Software exploration knowledge
