What you'll do

• Build and maintain trusted, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, nurses and other healthcare professionals across your area.
• Create and deliver an insight-driven territory business plan that meets agreed objectives and improves patient care.
• Coach, mentor and support field colleagues to strengthen customer engagement and scientific understanding.
• Share clear, evidence-based clinical and product information to support decision-making.
• Collect and report market trends, customer feedback and territory performance to inform local strategy.
• Ensure all activities follow company policy, ethical standards and local regulations.

Who can apply

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business or a related field.
• Minimum three years’ experience in sales or other customer-facing roles, ideally in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language of the assigned area.
• Practical commercial and business planning skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Comfortable using standard digital tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems.
• This role is on-site and requires regular travel across the assigned territory.
