Workday HCM Functional Consultant – Roles & Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday HCM implementations and enhancements.
Configure and maintain Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules based on business requirements.
Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and recommend Workday best practices.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
Configure business processes, security roles, organizations, supervisory structures, and staffing models.
Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements using Workday standard functionality.
Support Workday implementation, deployment, and post-production activities.
