Investigate claim validity and process claims efficiently while adhering to company policies.
Communicate with clients, insurance agents, and adjusters to provide updates on claim status and resolution.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of claims for documentation and compliance purposes.
Identify potential fraudulent claims and assist with audits or investigations as required.
Deliver high-quality customer service to claimants and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution.
