Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Set and control die casting parameters for each part
• Analyse porosity, cold shut and other defects and eliminate them
• Coordinate die maintenance and change-over planning
• Track and reduce rejection and rework percentages
• Maintain process records and parameter sheets
• Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
• Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
• Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering from a recognised university
• 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
• Working knowledge of High Pressure Die Casting, Process Parameters, Casting Defects
• Comfort with die casting machines and process monitoring, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
• Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
• Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
• Based in Pune, Maharashtra or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
