What you'll do

Set and control die casting parameters for each part
Analyse porosity, cold shut and other defects and eliminate them
Coordinate die maintenance and change-over planning
Track and reduce rejection and rework percentages
Maintain process records and parameter sheets
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of High Pressure Die Casting, Process Parameters, Casting Defects
Comfort with die casting machines and process monitoring, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
