What you'll do

  • Analyse product funnels, retention and engagement
  • Define and monitor product metrics
  • Design and evaluate A/B experiments
  • Build dashboards for product teams
  • Turn behavioural data into product recommendations
  • Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

  • A relevant degree (B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/MBA/M.Sc or similar)
  • Foundational knowledge of SQL, Product Analytics, A/B Testing, Excel
  • 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong fundamentals welcome
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Based in or open to working from Pune
