What you'll do

HR Service Request Management
Manage and resolve HR service requests, queries, and tickets within defined SLAs via HR service management tools.
Provide first-line guidance on HR policies, processes, and systems, escalating complex cases as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation and case notes for audit and compliance purposes.
Employee Lifecycle Administration
Execute all HR administrative activities for employee lifecycle events (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, contract changes, personal data updates, etc.) in SAP SuccessFactors.
Ensure data accuracy, compliance with company policies, and adherence to legal/regulatory requirements.
Generate and distribute employment-related documents such as contracts, letters, and confirmations.
New Hire Processing, Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding
Coordinate pre-onboarding activities, including document collection, background checks, and system setup.
