• Key Responsibilities
• Marketing Effectiveness & Measurement
• Develop and maintain Market Mix Models (MMM) to quantify the impact of marketing activities on business outcomes.
• Analyze media performance across online and offline channels and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support budget allocation and scenario planning exercises using response curves and optimization frameworks.
• Measure incremental impact of marketing investments and provide actionable recommendations.
• Analytics & Insights
• Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to uncover key business drivers.
• Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Build forecasting and simulation models to support strategic planning.

Who can apply

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Media Measurement, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related domain.
• Strong understanding of statistical techniques, regression modeling, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
