• · Sales of Microsurgery product portfolio (Neuro, ENT, P&R/ Spine) in the assigned territory.
• · Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins with assigned accounts and/ or territory/region on products or services.
• · Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
• · Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin.
• · Drive business with highest integrity and compliance
• · Able to handle crucial communication/ discussion and decision making
• · Knowledge & rapport of renowned Neuro/ENT/P&R/Spine surgeons within the territory
• Required Skills and Experience
• · Degree in a Biology / Engg, or equivalent, is nice to have, of equal value is a strong Sales experience in a relevant industry (B.E / B.Pharma/Bio.Tech/MBA/Any Science Graduate)
• · Strong communications – sound business acumen

• · At least 5 + years of experience selling within the relevant Market (Surgical Operating Microscope for Microsurgery/ Medical Devices – Neuro South Region
• · Strong negotiation skills
• · Knowledge of Salesforce / or Equivalent Sales Management Program to drive the business.
• · Technical ability to demonstrate microscopy equipment.
• · Extensive field visits and travelling within the assigned geography.
• · Exposure to Channel Partner management (especially in South Region)
