What you'll do

This Role is part of PDS-Investors Team, and selected candidates will be working on project management consultancy or construction management projects managed by Cushman & Wakefield.

Who can apply

Proven experience in industrial construction (Factories, PEB, MEP, Infrastructure).
Strong understanding of FM Global requirements.
Excellent leadership & stakeholder management abilities.
Expertise in Project planning (MS Project/Primavera), Cost control, Compliance & safety management and Quality systems (QAP, NCR handling, audits)
Ability to manage large teams and multiple contractors simultaneously.
Strong communication, negotiation & decision-making skills.
Mandatory experience in at least 3 Greenfield/Brownfield industrial projects.
Exposure to FM Global guidelines is essential.
Experience working with multinational clients is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
