What you'll do

• We are seeking an experienced Pega techlead (CSSA) to design, build, and evolve enterprise‑grade Pega solutions. The role requires strong hands‑on development expertise, deep understanding of Pega architecture and internals, and the ability to mentor teams, influence design decisions, and work closely with business and technology stakeholders. This role is expected to promote standardization, reusability, and OOTB‑first design principles, while ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of Pega applications and may be based on-site or offshore, depending on project and client requirements, and will operate as part of a project team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Who can apply

• Mandatory: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification
• 6–8 years of hands‑on Pega development experience with 1–2 end‑to‑end implementations
• Experience across Pega 8.x and Pega 25.x platforms
• Knowledge of Pega Constellation applications – OOTB UI usage, Insights, Dashboards, developer‑level debugging
• Knowledge of Pega Customer Service (CS) framework – Interactions, Channels, Digital Messaging, Dialogs, Suggested Cases/Offers, CDH and Knowledge integration.
• At least hands on experience (project experience) in one of the above - Either Pega Constellation OR Pega Customer Service framework
• Core Pega skills
• Strong understanding of case management – parent/child cases, parallel processing, locking, data propagation
• Hands‑on experience with Flows, Screen Flows, Activities, SLAs, Tickets, OOTB flow shapes
• Good working knowledge of Declarative Rules, Data Pages, Decision rules, Background processing
