About this internship

Cipla Ltd is hiring a Pharma Cold Chain & Warehouse Intern for its Mumbai operations — a hands-on Logistics & Supply Chain internship for 2026 freshers and final-year students (0 years of experience). You will work on pharma cold chain & warehouse, coordinating shipments, warehouse and transportation workflows using Warehouse Operations, WMS, Inventory Management alongside experienced supply-chain managers. This is a 5-month on-site at Mumbai programme. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis — apply early as openings are limited.

Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day pharma cold chain & warehouse and shipment coordination
• Track inventory, shipments and KPIs using Warehouse Operations, WMS, Inventory Management, Cold Chain Management
• Liaise with warehouse, transport, vendors and customers to resolve delays
• Prepare logistics reports and help improve process efficiency

Who can apply

• Pursuing or recently completed B.Com/BBA/B.E./B.Tech/MBA (Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics) or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Operations, WMS, Inventory Management
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfort with Advanced Excel and data; attention to detail
