What you'll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business objectives
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs to build and maintain a high-performing workforce
• Design and implement performance management systems that foster employee development and accountability
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives
• Administer compensation and benefits programs while ensuring competitiveness and compliance
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that promote a positive workplace culture
• Lead organizational development and change management initiatives to support business transformation
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations

Who can apply

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements
• Build and mentor a high-performing HR team, providing coaching and professional development opportunities
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on people-related matters and organizational challenges
• Manage HR budgets and resources efficiently while maximizing return on investment
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in an executive or senior HR leadership role
• Proven expertise in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development
• Strong knowledge of performance management systems and employee engagement best practices
• Comprehensive understanding of compensation, benefits administration, and payroll processes
